King in bedroom with twin bunk beds in the hallway and Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Kitchen comes fully stocked with all the necessities plus more!
There is a dual function K cup coffee maker for either drip coffee or pods, crockpot, hand mixer, toaster, blender, Ninja grill/air fryer, and a wide assortment of pots, pans and utensils.
Complex has 2 outdoor pools ( 1 heated seasonally), 2 outdoor and 1 Indoor hot tub, 2 kiddie pools, his/her saunas, fitness center, lighted tennis courts with pickleball lines, basketball court, shuffle board and community grills.
There is an on site Market, Bikini Bob’s poolside grill , and Tiki Bar which are open seasonally (March -October).
Parasailing and jet ski rental are right on the beach.. Guests get a discount when booking these activities.
**Amenities are operated by the resort.. Opening and closing times are out of the control of the owner**

Complimentary beach chair/umbrella service for 2 is included from March -October ($55 a day value)
Family friendly condo which has additional backpack style beach chairs , beach bag, cooler, pool toys, beach games, floats, board games, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, basketball, and more in the condo for your use.
Linens and towels provided
Starter packs of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry pods are provided. You will need to purchase these items as this will only last a day or so.
YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS
Located on East side of PCB with several restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance. Very convenient to numerous shops, restaurants, all the local attractions and several golf courses.
The beautiful St Andrews State Park is just 3 miles down the road.
