      Guest Requirements & Resort Policies
      ~ Primary renter must be 21+ years of age, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present throughout the stay.
      ~ A $200 damage deposit hold (not a charge) is required via credit/debit card prior to arrival. This is released following an uneventful stay.
      ~ A $30 resort fee per stay is payable directly to the resort upon arrival.
      ~ Maximum of 4 guests. No pets, ESAs, or outside visitors are permitted.
      ~ One guaranteed parking space is provided. A second space is subject to resort occupancy; off-site pay lot is available 1–2 miles away.

      One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
