The floor-to-ceiling windows provide breathtaking views of the gorgeous Gulf, and it is the perfect location for basking in the morning sun or marveling at one of PCB’s stunning, nightly sunsets. Enjoy the scenery from behind the glass or step out onto our huge private balcony where you can smell the salt air and hear the crashing waves. The pristine, turquoise waters of the Gulf and its famed sugar sand beaches stretch as far as the eye can see.

If you grow tired of the beach, this 10th floor condo is just steps from a lavishly landscaped lagoon pool, full-service dining at Oceans restaurant, Starbucks, a sundry/ice cream shop, a children’s splash pad, and more. Within this beautifully decorated condo, a full-sized kitchen has been equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks for your hungry crew. An open-concept dining area and living room have ample seating for everyone and a 50 inch flat screen smart TV with ROKU remote and high-speed Wifi for your entertainment. Your group can dine together at a comfortable table for six, a large breakfast bar, or seaside on the balcony.

The master bedroom features a king size bed (high density memory foam mattress) a flat-screen smart TV with ROKU, and private bathroom with a river rock floored shower to pamper the feet. The second bedroom features 2 queen size beds, a flat-screen smart TV with ROKU, full size closet, and a private bathroom with a shower. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit and a pull-out queen sofa bed should you need a spare.

We take cleanliness seriously–always have but now more than ever. We meticulously clean frequently-touched surfaces with CDC-approved cleaners. All linens and towels are laundered between every guest stay and this includes the top quilts. Our floors are triple cleaned: swept, vacuumed and mopped. We value our guests; their health and safety is a priority.
