We call it the Starfish Studio and this beauty is beachfront, bright, comfortable and perfect for relaxing during your getaway to one of the world’s most beautiful white sand beaches.
With tremendous views of the beach and the pool, it is ideally located on the 5th floor. We have upgraded the condo recently:

Enjoy sitting at the floor-length window, hearing the waves and soaking up the view. Open the large bay window to hear the waves and smell the salt air. There are no private balconies at this resort but every floor offers a large, communal balcony with comfy chairs to enjoy. And when you’re ready to head out each day, we offer *COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE* – enjoy two chairs and an umbrella every day of your stay (March-October). No lugging your own–we’re all about convenience for guests on vacation.
Inside the condo, you’ll find two comfortable queen beds, a dining table for 4, two recliners, a flatscreen TV with HD service, private high-speed internet, and a kitchenette that offers all appliances needed for meals or snacks.
Our bathroom offers granite countertops and a tub/shower combo with a new showerhead, lighting, and fresh linens.
Avoid the crowds in this cozier complex (just 200 condos and 8 stories) that offers easy in and out and quick elevators. In the highly sought-after Thomas Drive area, Top of the Gulf is one of the best-maintained complexes offering all the beachside amenities you want to complement your vacation. The grounds and landscaping are gorgeous and the pool is stunning with a fun, oversized Adirondack chair and large swing alongside. A kids’ pool is ideal for little ones, and ample NEW pool chairs are available. Check out the shuffleboard court and cornhole boards for games in the sun or an inside game room that is newly remodelled gets you away from the heat. Right next to the pool is our internet cafe offering high-speed wifi in a shaded, AC-setting. And there is a fitness room with new equipment on property as well.
Getting to the sand is easy since Top of the Gulf is located directly on the beach, and we even have a temporary home for your sandals and flip-flops as you head out. Returning from a day in the surf and sun, you are welcomed by surfboard-style showers, amble chairs overlooking the water, and shade if you desire it.
Pool and surfside sits our Surf Snack Shack with a delicious menu of eats and drinks (adult beverages and otherwise). Or you can grill up your own fare on the provided guest grills.
Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex.
Near the Resort are a number of restaurants that are walkable, including the iconic Pineapple Willies just about .5 mile down the beach plus Hammerhead Fred’s, a great pizza place and even a Hershey’s Ice Cream Shop. Within a short driving distance are a plethora of shops, restaurants and activities to delight every traveller. Check out Pier Park–an outdoor complex of shops, dining and featuring a Sky Wheel. There are many putt-putt and go-kart locations, several boating tour options, pontoon rentals to Shell Island, St Andrews State Park for some of the most pristine, calm water in the US, Wonderworks, Ripley’s Believe or Not, Shipwreck Island water park and much more.
