The White Sand Villa at Edgewater Beach Resort just completed a remodel/upgrade, and this place is now a stunner. We’re so excited to share it now, we’re offering a 20% discount for the first three guests who book.
The White Sand Villa is a two-story condo near the pedestrian bridge to the beach and with a double balcony overlooking the water feature and the iconic island green of the golf course. Set in the interior of the resort, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet rarely found elsewhere on property yet be close enough to the beach and highlights of the resort to enjoy it all.
With the completion of the remodel, this beauty features a kitchen with full sized appliances and all you need for meals and snacks including a blender, toaster and traditional coffee pot plus new granite countertops, granite bar top, new sink, faucet, and more. The kitchen overlooks a gorgeous dining table for six plus bar seating for two.
Fresh luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring has been added throughout the villa, and the spacious, comfortable living room features a new sleeper sofa, recliner, 55″ Smart TV with streaming capabilities, ceiling fan and lighting. Blackout curtains adorn the full length windows/sliding glass doors which offer access to the main balcony with new Adirondack seating to soak up the golf course view. Also downstairs is a remodeled bathroom with walk-in tiled shower, new granite counter, and sink.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a comfortably firm king bed and private balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the golf course water feature, new Smart TV with streaming capabilities, closet, blackout curtains, and ensuite bathroom with new tiled walk-in shower, granite counters, and sink. Just down the hall is the guest bedroom with two queen beds, Smart TV with streaming capabilities, blackout blinds, and access to a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, granite counters, and sink.
Also for your convenience: a private washer/dryer and high speed fiber WiFI are in the villa.
A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort’s convention center and clubhouse are right down the street.
This golf villa will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests—it’s the perfect spot to be near all you want yet get away when ready. The resort’s minimum age to book is 25 years old (firm), and pets/ESA are not allowed.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach’s ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you’ll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On our side of the resort is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.
Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants–everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.
