Watercrest 709 with gorgeous sunset views, huge balcony, beach towels and chairs

Welcome to Watercrest 709 – a stunning waterfront condo on the 7th floor at Watercrest Condominiums. Located on the quiet, family friendly west end of the beach.

This gorgeous condo is on the ideal 7th floor with west facing sunset views from a large private balcony. Inside is a bright and comfortable living area with incredible views through floor to ceiling glass windows/doors. We offer a smart TV and Wifi service for access to live TV and streaming channels. Our kitchen offers all appliances, large and small, plus pots/pans, dishes and utensils plus ample seating for meals and snacks.

The master bedroom hosts a king bed with private bathroom that has a walk in shower and double vanity. There is a ceiling fan, smart TV, clothing storage, and direct balcony access with a great beach view.

The second bedroom features a queen bed along with a full/twin bunk bed and is just steps away from the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

A rollaway bed is in the guest bedroom closet for use if needed.

For your convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are available along with beach gear to enjoy. For your use, you will find beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys. Beach service may be used for an additional fee. We supply starter amounts of various paper products and soaps (for stays longer than a couple of nights, you will need to bring or supply additional).

Watercrest offers a Gulfside pool that is seasonally heated plus a hot tub. The complex has a fitness center, tennis court, pickleball area, shuffleboard, and bocce ball area. A tiki hut offers snacks by the pool from mid-March to late-Sept.

Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near St Andrews State Park and just steps from several of the best restaurants including Schooner’s, J. Michaels, Shoreshack Pizza, and Patches.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Guest must pay an additional fee of $57.45 directly to the resort for parking.
