House Rules: ○ MINIMUM BOOKING AGE: Primary Guest must be 23 ○ Must sign rental agreement upon booking ○ Must submit a $300 off-platform security hold that will be collected at the time of booking but the hold will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. ○ By Booking, guest agrees to pay a security deposit to be collected prior to the stay and fully refunded at the end of the stay. ○ The deposit will not be refunded if there significant property damage or rules have been broken. ○ Strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside the property. ○ Smoking inside the property will result in a $500 fine for air purification. ○ 18 people maximum allowed at the property at one time for any reason. ○ More than 18 people will result in a fine of $1000 for additional cleaning. ○ No parties per Airbnb guidelines and rules ○ Late checkout without prior approval will result in a $200 fee. ○ Guests may not operate a business from the home including the buying and selling of goods. ○ Bookings may be subject to driver's license verification prior to check-in ○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.
