Our beautiful oceanfront condo is recently re-decorated and is located on the 8th floor (right off the elevator) and has the most stunning sunsets and expansive views of the Emerald Coast right from the 123 sq ft balcony. Is located just minutes to Pier Park, restaurants and shopping. Alvin’s Island is just across the street.

The resort offers so many amenities for the family. The kids will have a blast at the mini-water park which includes water slides, water cannons, water toys, a water bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds, toddlers splash pad, lazy river, 2 gulf front pools, poolside bar and grill (seasonal), hot tub, on-site beach apparel and surf shop, ice cream shop, outside grilling area, dive-in movie theater (seasonal), high speed internet access and a state of the art fitness gym overlooking the pool and ocean. There is an adult only pool and hot tub with birds eye view of the kids play area. So you can soak up some sun (with a tropical drink) and watch the kids play.

Splash 804E is beautifully furnished with 1bedroom/2bath NON-SMOKING beachfront condo located on the western end of PCB. The living room has a 55″ TV after a long day at the beach, sliding glass doors open right out to the balcony for a gorgeous beach view, queen sleeper sofa, updated flooring, granite counters in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, breakfast bar, well-equipped kitchen, pantry and front loader washer and dryer for your convenience. A king bed with a private full bath with a flat screen TV, twin bunk beds and a full bath located in the hallway. This condo sleeps 6-7 comfortably.

RIght outside your balcony door is an expansive 600 feet of crystal clear emerald gulf waters with white sandy beach. Stretch out in the sun, take a dip in the gulf for hunt for shells. The best part of the beach is only 5 steps from the pool deck. The bar and grill has reasonable prices on their food and drinks.
