Our personal ‘Home Away From Home’ getaway. Our condo is on the 4th floor of a low rise bldg w/elevator. The condo has a huge balcony off of the living room and master bedroom with great views of the pristine Emerald Gulf Coast. The million-dollar sunset view is AMAZING!!! Sunsets in PCB will not disappoint you
Our building is known as the ‘The Sunset Building’ as the Sunset views are magnificent every night.
- 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms- Gulf Front
- Our unit has Clean, Crisp, Coastal Casual Colors. (Soft, cool blue colors, aqua/sea glass colors & neutral soft white in the kitchen)
- We can only sleep 8 people!! (this includes adults & children)
- Our unit is here for your vacation. It is NOT here for you to personally destroy it or for your children to destroy it!! Please respect our home 🙂
- We are dog-friendly (upon prior approval of booking) We only accept WELL BEHAVED dogs! Dog(s) MUST BE crated when left alone in the condo if they are chewers or have high anxiety when you leave them alone!!
- (There is to be NO Chewing & NO Damages done to the furniture, walls, cabinets or molding whatsoever!!) We love fur babies, as we have our own, & I will NOT tolerate damages done to our unit. When requesting a booking, please state age, weight & breed during an inquiry
****Even though we are dog friendly (upon approval), you will find our condo EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!! You will never know if a guest before you had a dog in our unit!!****
We take pride in our unit and ask for the same respect from our guests. As former renters for 10+ years, we have experienced the difference between personal condo owners, who take pride in their units, versus rentals who only care about the minimal accommodations for filling a unit. Our family has been spending our vacations in Panama City Beach for years. We understand that life is busy in the hustle & bustle world and people really need to make the most out of what limited vacation time they have. Vacations are for destressing, relaxing & a reboot. Spending some time on the beach has a way of washing away all of the worries and stress. Whether staying for a week or staying for a month, the memories you make will last forever. Why we chose The Dunes of Panama, Panama City Beach…. We fell in love with The Dunes of Panama in Panama City Beach, FL for several reasons. Pet friendly accommodations, atmosphere and 1500 feet of beach frontage. With this amount of beach frontage there is plenty of sugar sand beach area for everyone. The resort has all of the amenities we were looking for with a family oriented atmosphere. My family feels safe in the complex. There is 24/7 security at the gate on & grounds. This condo isn’t just another rental, this is our ‘Home Away from Home’, with our personal touches. We will be making changes on & off & touches of decor. We will also be adding things to make your visit as pleasant, serene & pleasurable as possible. The resort has all of the amenities and plenty of space so you don’t feel crowded. The people are friendly, it just makes you want to come back year after year; Which of course we have done every year.
