Other RulesAbsolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the home! There is dedicated area on lower back patio of home. Smoking permitted in this area only! Do not put cigarette butts on the ground! Absoultely NO smoking or vaping on upstairs balcony due to the smell entering the sleeping area. Please keep area clean and respect others! Welcome to Our Panama City Beach Home! We are so excited to share our home with you here at 177 Robin Ln. To ensure you have a safe, relaxing, and wonderful vacation, please take a moment to review house rules and beach safety. HOUSE RULES & CARES and Control: •Please use the outdoor hose located either in the front of the home or in the back of the home next to the AC unit to wash off sand from your feet, toys, and chairs before entering. •Towel Care: Please use the beach/pool towels provided in the designated basket. Do not take the white bath towels out of the home. If towels become stained or soiled please wash to avoid replacement. •To turn water on in the shower, pull out and adjust temperature to desired temp before entering the shower, the water gets hot. Hot is to the left toward the back of the shower wall. •All beach essentials are in the storage box on back porch of the home. •Quiet Hours: Out of respect for our wonderful neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. •Trash: Please place bagged trash in the bins located on the street. •AC & Electronics: To keep the system running efficiently in the Florida heat, please keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is running. •Parking: Please park only in the designated 177 marked parking spots located in front of the home. * If needed Gulf Highlands Beach Reaort offers overflow parking for additional vehicles at $10 per day. • EMERGENCY CONTACTS Emergencies: Dial 911 Beach Rescue / Non-Emergency Police: (850) 233-5000 Thank you for helping us keep our home clean and our community safe.
