Unauthorized fires (including candles) are subject to $100 fee plus damages. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the vacation home or in the outdoor fenced space. Please smoke out front in the parking area and properly extinguish/dispose of cigarettes away from any vegetation. The vacation home can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests and 6 guests only! Per regulations NO additional guests are allowed! If more than 6 guests are present you will be kindly asked to leave the property with NO REFUNDS! Josh the host is available 24/7 via phone/text/email. DUE TO ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS, NO EARLY CHECK IN CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
