Welcome to the Garlands Getaways, Sandy Sunsets #T3-605.
This beauty is in Tower 3, the building farthest east on the property, on the ideal 6th floor. High enough for peace and quiet and yet low enough for a great view of the many dolphins and rays who play in the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast.
We are currently updating the condo with new flooring, counters, bathroom, bedding and more. We know you’ll love it so we’re offering a discount to book now and if you aren’t thrilled with our updating results, cancel penalty-free! (But we know you’re going to love it, too!)
Garlands Getaways Sandy Sunsets features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, is the ideal location for enjoying the 3rd best beach town in the US (according to Southern Living) and the Emerald Coast’s white sand beaches (voted one of the top 10 MUST SEE in the world). We are currently remodeling and this upgraded space will offer all you need for coastal comfort at the beach

There is plenty of living space with ample comfortable seating, a dining area, and a stylish bar. A 52″ smart TV adorns the wall with HD service.
The full-size kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils as well as a blender, toaster, crockpot, and Keurig duo coffee pot. Also for your convenience: a private washer/dryer. And we provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products like tp, paper towels, and trash bags. (Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.)
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen smart TV with HD and streaming channels, an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV with HD service with streaming channels, and access to the 2nd full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
A queen sleeper sofa plus a double murphy bed in the living room round out four bed options and a max occupancy of 8.
Our covered balcony features seating for enjoying your morning joe or the spectacular evening sunset.
A seasonally heated pool is located immediately in front of our building with a sun deck and it’s just steps to the white sand beach.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest’s credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort’s fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.
The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach’s ONLY full-service resort. You’ll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. Over the pedestrian bridge is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.
Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants–everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.
