Th unit is newly updated with new living room sleeper sofa and new dining room table. Sandy Bottoms is a Second floor unit directly across from Beach Access with water views. The owners are meticulous about maintaining their “second home”. Everything is in perfect working order and super clean. The unit has a living room, kitchen and bath on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms, a bath, and laundry upstairs.

Sandy Bottoms is located on Thomas Drive just 12 steps from the resort property to the beach access. Even though we are not directly on the sand, getting to the beach is MUCH easier and faster than waiting on an elevator at a high rise.

There is ample parking with no parking passes needed. You can park right in front of your door. There is a pool, gazebo, and grilling area. Guests that stay at Merrimac always come back because there is nothing like it on the beach!
