Grand Panama Beach Resort – rooftop pool, private balcony

Welcome to Brooks PCB Vacations Grand Panama Tower 2-703: our one bedroom/two bathroom updated and gorgeous Gulf-facing condo with balcony.

Step inside this beauty and feel immediately relaxed. Our spacious living room offers comfy seating with a sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and access to our private balcony that faces the stunning Gulf of Mexico. Our kitchen is full-sized and well equipped for any meals, snacks or beverages you wish to prepare. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower with bench. Rounding out sleeping quarters for 6 is our bunk nook, and we also have a second bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

For convenience, we offer free wifi and washer/dryer.

Brooks PCB Vacations condo is located in Tower 2 on the 7th floor but above the 5-level parking garage so it actually sits 12 stories up. You’ll love the rooftop pool with tiki bar at Tower 2, or a pedestrian walking bridge will take you to the Gulf front pool and the white sand beaches known around the world.

Grand Panama Beach Resort is upscale and luxurious, with 24/7 onsite security and featuring the best amenities on the beach including two heated pools with hot tubs and accessible restrooms, a kiddie pool at the beachfront pool, two on-site tiki bars (one per pool), grills for guest use, General Store with sundries, fitness center, coffee and ice cream shop, business center, meeting room, covered parking, and WiFi hot spots.

The resort fee is $50 which includes registration, wristbands, and a parking pass for one vehicle. A second parking pass is available for $30; motorcycle parking passes are $15. Resort registration information will be provided just before your stay and can be done online in advance or in the lobby upon arrival.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.

A multitude of restaurants are very close, and a fishing pier is within walking distance. Shipwreck Island water park is around the corner, and you even have walking access to a plaza with an outstanding Italian and breakfast restaurant along with a great spa via a path from the resort.
