      If you’re looking for a great vacation home base, you’ve found the right place! Edgewater Resort is on the beach and the villas have beautiful views of the golf course. It’s only minutes across the pedestrian bridge to the awesome, huge resort private beach. With 2 large bedrooms and 2 baths, there are beds to accommodate 8 guests (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin over double bunk, 1 trundle) plus a pack n play. If you need to touch base with your work while vacationing, there’s a desk and fast fiber internet service. The villa was updated a few months ago and has all new appliances and fresh paint. The living area is very comfortable and has a large coffee table that’s perfect for puzzles, games, or snacks while watching movies. The comfy patio is perfect for breakfast, evening drink, or just curling up with a good book. You are welcome to use our beach wagon, beach toys, chairs and canopy. You’re going to have a great vacation! (Disclaimer: some resort amenities have fees charged by Edgewater.)

      Hi! My husband Gary and I met up with our kids and grandkids on these gorgeous shores for a fun vacation. We were hoping to have a good time, but Panama City Beach way exceeded our expectations! Within 6 months we became owners at Edgewater. We live near Salt Lake City, so we can’t pop over every weekend, but we come as often as we can. Nothing beats being at the beach with the grandkids! We love it here, and hope you’ll enjoy our place and feel at home while you are our guests! — Annette
