Highly desirable Tower II, 4th Floor at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is a beautifully renovated from top to bottom 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with stunning Gulf views from almost every room.

With sleeping for 6 (2 queen beds + 1 sleeper sofa), C-View’s living area looks out onto the water and beach and has a private balcony with seating. Inside is top of the line entertainment with Smart TVs, streaming HD channels and free, private, fiber high speed internet. The stunning kitchen is well-equipped with all you need for meals and snacks and also offers a view of the water.

The master bedroom offers a beachfront view with a king bed and en-suite bath. The large guest bedroom has two queen beds with en-suite bath. It comfortably sleeps 6. An in-condo full-sized washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

One parking pass is provided for stays under 30 days. For stays 30-60 days, a $30 fee will apply for an additional parking pass, and for stays over 60 days a $40 fee will apply.
