Welcome to our beautifully renovated, lower 5th floor condo located DIRECTLY on the white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of Panama City Beach.
No “peek a boo views “.. You are directly on the beach!

Our condo can sleep up to 5 guests comfortably.
The bedroom offers a king bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and a wall mounted flat screen t.v.
Twin bunk beds are located in the hallway and a Queen sleeper sofa is in the living room.

Enjoy the view of the calm, clear waters of the Gulf of America from the living room which offers a couch, 2 chairs, a wall mounted flat screen tv, and a small dining table for 4
There is additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar.

Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets on our beachfront balcony which offers comfortable , more upscale furnishing with 2 chairs, a loveseat, and coffee table.

There are 1.5 bathrooms which are set up in a jack and jill fashion.
The king bedroom has its own separate vanity, toilet, and a large walk-in shower.
The secondary bathroom has a separate vanity and toilet which is accessible from the hallway. There is a sliding pocket door between the bathrooms which can be closed, allowing for privacy between the bathrooms.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the necessities plus more! Dual function Keurig coffee maker for either drip coffee or pods, crockpot, hand mixer, toaster, blender , Ninja grill/air fryer, wide assortment of glasses, pots, pans, kids dishes, and utensils.

When you do decide to venture out, the resort is located on the East side of Panama City Beach and close to numerous attractions. There are several restaurants, ice cream shops, local beach shops, and bars within walking distance.

The beautiful and guest favorite, St Andrew’s State Park is just 3 miles down the road. The Park offers hiking, fishing, camping, Shell Island, Dolphin Tours, a souvenir shop, and more.

Other nearby attractions include: Ripley’s Believe it or not, Wonder Works, Zoo World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Sea Screamer, Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise, Coconut Creek Golf Course and Giant Maze, several golf courses, and numerous restaurants.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Bikini Bob’s poolside grill, Tiki Bar, and Summit Market are open seasonally (March 1st-October 31st).
2. Amenities are operated by the resort.. Opening and closing times are out of the control of the owner
3. There is a ONE time, $27.00 fee that is paid to guest services upon check in. The resort fee covers ONE parking spot and up to 5 wristbands which allow use of the amenities.

*Parking is directly in front of the resort! There are NO tight parking garages or long walks to across the street parking to deal with.

4. Resort is located in a gated community with 24 hour security.
5. Linens and towels are provided, however YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS
6. STARTER packs of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry pods are provided. Please plan to bring these items or purchase upon your arrival as this supply will only last a day or so.
7. THE RESORT IS UNDERGOING A BALCONY RESTORATION PROJECT FROM SEPT 2025 TO JAN 2026. AT THIS TIME, OUR BALCONY IS DUE TO BE CLOSED DEC 20-29 (THIS DATE MAY CHANGE CLOSER TO TIME) GUESTS SHOULD EXPECT NOISE AND DUST FROM THIS PROJECT. NO REFUNDS, DISCOUNTS OR RELOCATIONS WILL BE PROVIDED
8. Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge is due to open early 2026, which will be right next door to the resort!! Please note there will be construction noise at times.
