With sleeping for 6 (1 king bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, 1 sleeper sofa), this one-of-a-kind floor plan with luxury vinyl plank floors, an open layout, and nautical decor. Soak up views of the Gulf through the sliding glass door or step out to the balcony to breathe in the fresh salty air and overlook 110 acres of beachfront.

A sectional sofa inside is uber comfy to enjoy the flat-screen TV with cable, and free wireless internet access keeps your connected and helps you plan your next activity at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and all you need to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal. Dine at the four-person table, and the bar includes seating for two more.

The bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and stunning views of the beach and gulf. Unique bunk nooks in the hallway are unique to the Resort and each features its own flat-screen TV. Additional sleeping is available on the gel foam sleeper sofa in the living room.

Two full bathrooms have both been completely remodeled and offer tiled walk-in showers.

A washer and dryer is also available inside the condo.

Parking Pass provided for stays under 30 days. For stays 30-60 days, a $30 fee will apply for an additional parking pass, and for stays over 60 days a $40 fee will apply.
