You will have a breathtaking beachfront view the minute you walk in to this condo. Enjoy the beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, have breakfast at the kitchen island, the separate dining area or take your coffee and enjoy the large balcony overlooking the ocean.
The open floor plan leads into a living room with an ocean views, a large flat screen TV with ample seating provides a comfortable area for movie nights. The balcony off of the living room provides the perfect setting for an evening cocktail.
The primary bedroom features a private balcony, king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. A separate tub, walk-in shower and double vanity provide a roomy dressing area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the queen bed in the alcove area. There are flat screen tv’s in both bedrooms. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The unit includes a brand new stainless steel stack washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen with all small appliances including a Keurig and regular coffee maker. All bed and bath linens are included just bring your beach towels and sunscreen.
The resort has 2 pools(heated seasonally), 2 kiddie pools, grills and picnic area. A pool side bar and grill, fitness center, general store and covered parking. Grand Panama is centrally located to restaurants, shopping and only 1/2 mile to Shipwreck Island Water Park.
