Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card prior to stay on which a $500 damage deposit will be held. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.

*Note: Calypso HOA charges a $60 per vehicle parking pass fee obtained online in advance. A second vehicle pass may be requested. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle. These fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change. You will receive instructions on purchasing the parking pass online via email.
