Beach Retreat @ Edgewater Resort

Edgewater Resort is one of the most amazing locations in Panama City Beach. Our 2 bedroom / 2 bath, 8th floor beachfront condo is recently upgraded with all new built-in bunk beds, paint, decor and more; it’s perfect for a beach getaway. Our balcony overlooks the pristine waters of the Gulf and white sand as far as the eye can see. We have a seasonally-heated pool right in front of our tower, and we are just steps from the main lagoon pool, beach, Oceans restaurant, Starbucks, sundry/ice cream shop, and more. The clubhouse, fitness center, tennis, and 9-hole golf course are just a stroll over the private Resort pedestrian bridge.

Within this beautifully decorated condo is a full-sized kitchen with all appliances and everything you need to prepare meals or snacks. The dining area and living room have ample seating and a large flat screen TV with HD service; we also have a washer/dryer and high-speed Wifi.

The main bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV with HD service, and access to the bath with a double vanity and walk-in tiled shower.

The second bedroom features two queen size beds, a flat screen TV with HD service, and a private entry to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

The floor to ceiling windows across our living and dining room/kitchen provide breathtaking views of the gorgeous Gulf. And the location of the condo within the building is ideal to catch the morning sun as well as enjoy one of PCB’s stunning sunsets. Enjoy it from behind the glass or step out to our private balcony to smell the salt air and hear the waves.

We take cleanliness seriously–always have but now more than ever. We meticulously clean frequently-touched surfaces with CDC-approved cleaners. All linens and towels are professionally laundered between all guest stays. Our floors are triple cleaned: swept, vacuumed and mopped. We value our guests; their health and safety is a priority.
