Amazing Beachfront Remodeled condo-2350 square feet
2350 sq feet!! Most condos have a sliding glass door and that’s your only view…..but not here. You have a 30 foot wall of windows looking out into the Gulf. Most Florida condos are managed by a company that manage 100’s of properties and things are over looked BUT not this one. My husband and I bought this condo and we live in Nashville where we own and I manage 3 short term rental condos located downtown. I have an amazing cleaning crew where ALL, read that again, ALL your linens are changed after every stay. I pay the extra money to have EVERY SINGLE LINEN removed and washed and duvets removed and stripped and washed and replaced. This is not cheap and it’s not the norm…..if you are staying in a place that has blankets and comforters, it’s GROSS and unsanitary and we don’t do it!!!! This Beach front luxury condo is located on Thomas Drive which is a very quiet location and a more family oriented section of Panama City Beach. You will have plenty of space in this 2350 sq feet condo with 3 full Bedrooms and 3 full baths PLUS an extra surprise space no one in this building has done (a sort of bunk room). We stepped out of the box and utilized our HUGE laundry room (moved the washer and dryer over) to fit a twin over twin bunk”. We wanted to allow for more flexibility and privacy of sleeping arrangements during your stay b/c we don’t like people sleeping on the couch. If you have questions please contact me directly.
Our sleeping arrangements include
#1. King bed with a with private bathroom access, bathtub, walk in shower, 65 inch SmartTV. Sleeps 2
#2. King bed with private bathroom access, tub/shower combo, 42 inch smart TV-sleeps 2
#3. Two queens beds with access to shared bathroom from the bedroom with a pocket door, tub/shower combo, 65 inch smart TV. Sleeps 4
#Bunkroom. Twin over twin bunks with access to shared bathroom (share with bedroom #3) from the hall, tub shower combo. Sleeps 2
Step inside 901 Hidden Dunes into our large open foyer and let the view from the gulf take your breath away from the 8 foot by 30 foot continuous windows. We have a 72 inch, large round dining table that sits 8, as our focal point, along with 5 brand new counter stools that overlook our amazing kitchen. If you decide to stay in and cook, you won’t mind doing it in this kitchen with brand new painted cabinets, amazing granite countertops, a new large sink, a separate pantry and all new appliances. If you have a need to wash clothes, feel free to use our new washer and dryer. We have a sectional with 2 swivel chairs in the great room, just behind that and adjacent from the kitchen, 4 large swivel rocking chairs centered around a large rug. Just beyond the chairs you can access our amazing patio. This 8 foot wide patio has bar top seating for 4, a loveseat and 2 single chairs for watching amazing sunsets. Off the master we have 2 rocking chairs and a place to store the cushions. Since we are a corner unit, we have a wrap around balcony which is great to store all your stuff from the beach to get it out of the way. The layout of this condo is great for families b/c each bedroom is HUGE and has access to a full sized bathroom. The bathrooms will get a full remodel beginning in early December of 2021. We have painted the cabinets and the walls and we couldn’t hold off…… our renters and are ready to get started for the 2021 season. We purchased this condo in early May 2021 and hit the ground running with this remodel. I run 3 short term rentals in downtown Nashville so we know about customer service and we are excited to share this property with you.
New bedding and pillows. We paid the expense to take out the dated ceramic tile and put in brand new wide plank LVT flooring. There’s no carpet that’s gross and has sand in it from the guests last year. Here’s some other things we thought were so necessary that we missed 4 weeks of top revenue to make sure we got it right!!!
-All the cabinets in the entire condo have been painted and look brand new.
-All appliances in the kitchen are brand new.
-If the furniture isn’t brand new, a professional painter painted it b/c I couldn’t get it here b/c of Covid.
-3 sets of walls were changed or removed to make it more open.
-Granite countertops all one level, no more bi-level, dated countertops.
-Every inch of the place has been painted to give it an updated look.
-Brand new patio furniture
-new toilets (except for master) it’s on back order.
