Ajs Beach Rental Summerhouse 1014C

The Summerhouse provides one of the most family-friendly accommodations to just unwind and tranquilize as you enjoy the view of the Gulf at Panama City Beach. Everyday is a great day at the beach, but for those days that you dont want to get out, we do have Wi- Fi in our unit. My unit has board games, Dvd movies and books to help you relax on those rainy days. Total view of the Gulf of Mexico from kitchen, living-dining area and master bedroom. Very enjoyable large spacious condo. Kitchen fully supplied with everything need to cook. Starter supply of, soap, paper towels, toilet paper and dishwasher soap will be there when you arrive No pets are allowed and its no smoking in unit.(Smoking is allowed on balcony) When Im at the condo I enjoy going out on the balcony and having my cup of coffee watching the waves roll in. The Summerhouse also has a Gazebo that is wonderful for setting outside and watching the beach in a covered area.

The 10th floor, completely tiled unit has 2 BR, 2 Private Bath unit is located in the “C” Building, sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom overlooking the gulf with balcony access from master bedroom. We have two full size beds in the guest room. The kitchen has granite countertops and led lighting with stainless steel appliances. Does have a stackable washer/ dryer combo to do laundry. Balcony overlooks 2 pools (1 heated in the winter), a hot tub, a kiddie pool, and a large beachfront gazebo. Beach chairs and umbrella is in the guest closet for your use. We would love to have you as our Guest. We only own this one condo and work hard to keep it in great shape. Thanks again for your consideration.

All units at The Summerhouse are non-smoking, with smoking allowed on the balcony. No pets are allowed and guests must be 25 to register. The lobby has arcade games and pool tables with chairs, couches, and a large flat screen TV. Picnic tables and outdoor grills(gas and charcoal), Tennis courts, racquetball and shuffleboard are also available on site.
