LIVING AREA

Get lost in the rippling waves of the Gulf of Mexico as you relax in the living room of this condo. A couch with built-in chaise lounge and chair in the living room provide seating for four with additional seating for seven more at the nearby kitchen counter and dining table. Fall back into a seat and catch your favorite football game on the flat-screen smart TV with cable and streaming options. The couch also pulls out to a queen-size sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING

Break a few eggs and whip up your favorite omelet in the kitchen equipped with a full suite of appliances. You’ll find all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it’s time to dine, four people can dine at the table with views of the Gulf and an additional three at the kitchen counter.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This condo sleeps 8 comfortably – up to 6 adults and 2 children due to bunk bed limitations.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and closet, a large flat-screen TV, and an ensuite master bathroom. The master bathroom features a shower/tub combination perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach.

The second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, plenty of room for clothes in the dresser and closet a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

A bunk nook is built into the hallway near the living room to provide sleeping arrangements for two children. A full bathroom with a standing shower is located just beside the bunk nook.

The living room features a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa with room for an additional two adults.

CONDO AMENITIES

This condo features a full-size stacked washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES

Grab the mimosa you just made and step out onto the furnished balcony to listen to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico right in front of you! The balcony features several chairs with seating for four.

The Shores of Panama is home to the most spectacular pool area in Panama City Beach! The largest of its kind in all of Northwest Florida, the 18,000-square-foot pool complex features a beachfront deck with a zero-entry, lagoon-style pool, a kid’s play area, and a hot tub, there is plenty to keep you busy. Also available for guests is a heated indoor pool and accompanying indoor hot tub.

Need a snack after swimming around for a while? Stop in at the tiki bar and grill by the pool deck. With a tropical tiki bar with beachy cocktails and refreshing brews, as well as an outdoor grill with tasty classics including burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, and sandwiches, this pool-side tiki bar will solve your lunch problems while you play!

A recently refreshed fitness center provides guests the ability to remain active, even while on vacation! And a picnic and grilling area can be utilized to whip up your favorite steak or burgers when it absolutely must be your way.

PARKING

Guests have access to one reserved parking space and one unassigned parking space in the parking garage. Parking passes and wristbands are required and must be purchased at the front desk upon check-in. The fee for this is around $60 per reservation.

The Shores of Panama provides 24-hour onsite Security year-round for the safety and comfort of guests.

THE AREA

If you do want to venture away from the resort’s ample supply of things to do, head to Pier Park, the area’s 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park or do some fishing at the St. Andrew’s State Park. The Shores of Panama’s prime location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley’s Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options like the World-Famous Pineapple Willie’s located just next door. Or try Longboard’s and Hammerhead Fred’s just a short drive away. For a night of arcade games, racing go-carts or mini-golf, take the family for a quick journey Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center.
