Michael Weaver

We are Michael and Tracey, natives of Queens, New York, where we met in high school and married four years after graduation. We are now both military veterans with three wonderful children and five amazing grandchildren. In 2020, while experiencing cabin-fever from the pandemic, we visited Panama City Beach on the recommendation of a friend. It was love at first (Gulf) sight, and it wasn’t long before we were the proud owners of our Emerald Beach property and then added our Edgewater property. Shortly after, we knew Panama City Beach should be our forever home, and we are now permanent PCB residents. We are excited to offer our beautiful properties for others to enjoy.
