I am a native to Florida, but for over 40 years I never visited the Emerald Coast. While escaping Hurricane Irma in Southwest Florida, we made our way to PCB and took in the beautiful beaches, water, and other attractions of 30A and the surrounding area. In the end, Ft Myers escaped most of the brunt of Irma and we returned to our normal lives. As much as I love our home in Southwest Florida, I could not get over how the Emerald Coast was the best parts of Florida that we love, and had features that were new to us. I started on an adventure to find a nice place to own for ourselves in the Emerald Coast and enjoy in the future. The circumstances were very unique, but we were happy to have found our beach condo at St Thomas Square in November 2017.
